Our FEMENI"FEMALE" TOP GUN Programme starts in just over a week.
Unlike the Boys programme, FEMENI TOP GUN will run for 4 terms and start on Monday February 10th at Williams Landing Recreation Reserve.
The programme is heavily focused on individual technique and on the individual within a team.
We have a proven track record in the Women's game over the past 12 years.
GIrls have gone on to be selected in the old FFV "EAP" (Emerging Athletes Programe), Skilleroos, NTC (National Tranining Centre) Young Matildas, W-League, US College's, WNPL Captains and winners.
Fortunate enough to have also won multiple FFV League Championships including South Melbourne Women's first official FFV Championship with the Under 16's in 2011.
Proudly scored the most technical & respect points in the Under 15's league, in the final year of the VCL "Victorian Champions League"
The programme includes 38 sessions for the year at 90 minutes, training kit, workshops in the Sports Psychology, Sports Nutrition, Yoga and functional movement screening.
Session are every Monday
5:30pm to 7:00pm 2011, 2010, 2009 born players
7:00pm to 8:30pm 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004 born players
