We do not have a win at all cost approach to football development and do not compromise on our values and principles to develop players.

Since 2020 until the end 2025, we have had 40 players given offers to enter the 4 elite entities, Melbourne City FC, Melbourne Victory FC, Western United FC and Football Victoria who had been with us for two years or more. That is the CIES Football Observatory measurement of an academy player.

This does not include players that had spent between 12 to 24 months with us, who gained significant development with us in that time.

In addition, we have been able to put players from the age of 9, on the radar of European clubs.

We cater for players in 2026 for the following born players.
2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007 and 2006.
