Since 2020 until the end 2025, we have had more than 40 players given offers to enter the four Elite entities of the A-League academies and Football Victoria Academy, who had been with us for two years or more. That is the CIES Football Observatory measurement of an academy player.

This does not include players that had spent between 12 to 24 months with us, who gained significant development with us in that time.

In addition, we have been able to put players from the age of 9, on the radar of European clubs.

The programme has also spawned a full Australian Pararoo, two Australian youth internationals, and a Singaporean youth international.

We heavily promote individual technical training that focuses on volume with correct deep practice.

We also specialise in decision making training.

Traditionally football coaches have isolated speed, strength, stamina and other physical elements and developed these with focused conditioning whilst the cognitive component of performance is left largely untrained and under-developed. Yet, it is the reading and reacting to the flow of game, anticipating opponents and teammates, assessing ball trajectories, and effective decision-making under pressure that give the critical edge during competition.

It is now clear that the same attention has to be given to developing these mental abilities and a more holistic approach to player development is needed, with training that stimulates both the body and the mind.

When teaching the brain, our focuses will be;

Decision Making

Awareness - Game Awareness = Situation Awareness

Active Scanning - Visual Search Strategy & Visual Exploratory Activity

Perception - Advance Cue Usage & Pattern Recognition

Focus of Attention - Dynamic, Distributed, Selective & Sustained

Both technical and brain training will be our focus.

The TOP GUN programme will run for 34 sessions in 2026.

Parents will have access to overseas webinars, discount on The Pathway Project, and training kit provided.

The last session of the year is conducted by overseas coaches by professional clubs.

This years example are from 7 different clubs.
