Every morning at 8am, we take you through a series of stretches, cardio and plyometrics for 30 minutes to get your day started.
Our players have found that they're more alert of school and generally feel better throughout the day.
For the price of a cup of coffee, you can start the day a little differently.
Starting Monday 14th of September til Friday 2nd of October 2020.
First week will remain at a 8am start and the two weeks during school holidays will be for a 9am start.
